At Advisia, we don’t just advise on security and governance standards—we embed them into everything we do. As trusted advisors to enterprises managing high-risk Artificial Intelligence systems, our operational resilience and information security posture mirror the rigorous controls defined in ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001.
1. Data Governance & Algorithmic Security
When collaborating with clients on AI maturity models or gap assessments, we enforce strict data classification and segregation boundaries. We ensure that client datasets, algorithmic parameters, and proprietary compliance blueprints are handled via highly secure, isolated pathways to prevent unauthorized exposure or cross-contamination.
2. Encryption Standards
• In Transit: All data transmitted to and from our website or client portals is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3).
• At Rest: Client data, assessment notes, and training records stored within our corporate environment utilize Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256) encryption.
3. Infrastructure & Access Control
Our digital infrastructure utilizes enterprise-grade cloud environments that maintain continuous compliance certifications (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001). We enforce the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP) across our consulting team:
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is strictly mandatory across all internal tools.
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) ensures only authorized consultants assigned to your specific project can access relevant documentation.
4. Continuous Vulnerability Management
We conduct regular internal assessments, vulnerability scans, and continuous monitoring of our endpoints and operational environment to detect, prevent, and mitigate potential threats before they affect our ecosystem or our clients.
Crucial Implementation Note: Legal documents should be tailored to your specific corporate structure. Before publication, it is highly recommended to have these drafts reviewed by your legal counsel to align with your corporate entity’s specific registration details and exact operational jurisdictions.
